Our electroplating line specially designed for fully automatic process for all finishing that zero manually transfer the racks from one tank to another, in order to stabilize and keep consistent of the process.
The plating line designed in a straight line layout. The design helps to reduce scrap rate by reduce the chemical vapor cross over between the pre-treatment and electroplating process. In other word, better yield rate than the traditional parallel layout.
